Warranty Information
The Standard Limited Warranty covers all new desktop and laptop computers sold by EagleZip.com for a period of at least two (2) years but under no circumstances longer than five (5) years from the date on the original invoice, excluding any items listed as special order or items such as monitors, printers, or peripherals of any kind. The exact period of this Limited Warranty shall be stated on the original invoice. Information regarding manufacturers’ warranties for special order items, monitors, printers, and any other peripherals will be included at the time of purchase.
The Refurbished Limited Warranty covers all used and refurbished desktop and laptop computers sold by EagleZip.com for a period of at least six (6) months but under no circumstances longer than one (1) year from the date on the original invoice, excluding any items listed as special order or items such as monitors, printers, peripherals of any kind, or laptop batteries. The exact period of this Limited Warranty shall be stated on the original invoice. Information regarding manufacturers’ warranties for special order items, monitors, printers, and any other peripherals will be at the time of purchase.
Return Policy
If the customer is not satisfied with their computer for any reason, it must be returned to EagleZip.com along with any peripherals, monitors, or special order hardware within 14 days of the date of the original invoice.
- The customer must then allow EagleZip.com an additional 7 regular business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) following the date of return to determine that the computer is in good working order and has not been damaged or tampered with in any way harmful to its normal operation.
- After the 7 day waiting period, provided the computer is determined by EagleZip.com, at its sole discretion, to be in good working order a refund of the purchase price minus a 35% restocking fee will be issued to the customer.
